PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point using system enabling a specific customer class different from the former customer class to access a point service site. SOLUTION: When the point service site is accessed from the PC side through a first Internet, questionnaires associated with commodities and/or services handled by a member store are exported to the PC, and the point is added every time questionnaire response information is acquired from a user of the PC. On condition that the number of acquired points of the user of the PC does not reach a point restoration number within a prize contest period, the opportunity for increasing the number of the acquired points at a stretch is given by allowing to access a game site and to play a casino game by using the acquired points as a bet point on a second Internet. |
