<p>The base is articulated in a dismountable manner, around two clevis pins (4), on a fixed support connected to a floor pan of a motor vehicle. The fixed support includes a clevis shaped unit to which the pins are removably fixed transversal to two side walls (7, 8) of the clevis shaped unit through locking units (11) which are unlockable manually to release the pins from the clevis shaped unit. An independent claim is also included for a method for mounting a seat base of a motor vehicle to a fixed structure connected to the floor pan of the vehicle.</p> |
