A coating of electrodes for manual arc welding contains rutile concentrate, silicates, calcium carbonate, ferroalloy on the basis of manganese, organic materials and binding agent and it additionally contains quartz sand. Ferroalloy on the basis of manganese additionally contains silicon, and as binding agent is used aqueous solution of silicate containing potassium.
