A mounting device for a drive plate is provided to transmit effectively driving force of an engine to an automatic transmission by absorbing displacement of an axial direction by coupling a drive plate with insertion of a linear bearing. A mounting member(20) is used for coupling a drive plate(10) engaged with a crank shaft of an engine with a front cover(13) of a torque converter. A bearing member is inserted between the drive plate and the mounting member. A lifting plate is installed at the mounting member between the drive plate and the front cover. The lifting plate is used for moving the drive plate into the longitudinal direction of the mounting member. The bearing member is formed with a linear bearing.
