A motorcycle warning apparatus for a vehicle and a warning method of the same are provided to prevent a traffic accident due to a motorcycle by determining noise of the motorcycle. A noise sensing unit(10) is installed at one of a front side, a rear side, a left side, and a right side of a vehicle in order to collect external noise of the vehicle and generate the collected noise as analog time zone noise data. A control unit(20) determines presence of a motorcycle at a periphery of the vehicle by comparing a frequency band of the time zone noise data with the frequency band of the motorcycle noise. A display unit(30) displays the presence of the motorcycle according to a determined result of the control unit.
