A multi-layer shrinkable film manufacturing method using sequential biaxial stretching is provided to form a shrinkable film with low thickness deviation and favorable property by using a co-extrusion die. The multi-layer shrinkable film manufacturing method using sequential biaxial stretching comprises a first step of co-extruding three sheets forming center, inner, and outer layers and a second step of sequentially stretching three sheets in a biaxial direction. The center layer includes a propylene-ethylene-alpha-olefin terpolymer. The inner and outer layers are made of at least one resin selected from a group consisting of polyethylene, polypropylene, an ethylene-propylene copolymer, and the propylene-ethylene-alpha-olefin terpolymer. The center layer contains linear low density polyethylene of 10-60wt.% to the total weight percent of the center layer.
