A saddle assembly for a bicycle is provided to enable a user to obtain an acupressure effect for his hip and crotch by acupressure prominences to appear and disappear through holes of the saddle, and to adjust a protruded extent of the prominences. The saddle assembly for a bicycle includes: a base(10) mounted on an upper part of a frame; a saddle(30), which is mounted on an upper part of the base, connected to one side of the base so as to be rotatable based on a hinge(20) and having plural holes(32) formed on an upper surface thereof; plural acupressure prominences(50) mounted on an upper surface of the base so as to appear and disappear through the holes of the saddle; and a spring unit(40) mounted between the base and saddle, and giving an elasticity to the saddle to be upwardly deflected.
