Configuration of customized web services is provided to effectively reduce load of a customer system by using different program configuration to redefine web service configuration according to a request of a user. A service search indicator(11) uses the basic program code configuration to provide a reference for registering and searching the web service. A service provider(9) provides the web service defined by using the basic program code configuration and displays contents of the service search indicator for search. A service requester(7) uses the basic program code configuration to send a search service request to the service search indicator, uses a data form defined by the basic program code to request content explanation of the web service to the service provider after receiving a response from the service search indicator. The service requester sends the web service request to the service provider after receiving the content explanation.
