A towing method of a mold work footstep having a detachable cylinder and a movable pump is provided to reduce the cost by simplifying the mold work footstep, to drastically shorten the working time by remove influence of external environmental factors, such as wind, in towing the mold work footstep, and to reduce the weight of the mold work footstep and effectively assemble/disassemble the mold work footstep by separately forming the cylinder and a towing device. A towing method of a mold work footstep(a) having a detachable cylinder and a movable pump comprises the steps of: pouring concrete inside, demolding by moving a mold of the mold work footstep backward, and installing a shoe on the upper end of the poured surface; combining the cylinder connected with a hydraulic pump(60) on the lower shoe of the work footstep, moving the hydraulic pump to a next work footstep(b), and towing the former mold work footstep upward; inserting and fixing an upper end of a rail of the mold work footstep into the upper shoe; and disassembling the cylinder and installing to the latter mold work footstep to move the hydraulic pump placed on the mold work footstep to a next mold work footstep(c).
