An apparatus for pulling a ship is provided to improve the block assembling efficiency by installing the apparatus after assembling a block of the ship. An apparatus for pulling a ship includes a storage drum(50), a wire(52), and a hook(51). The storage drum is installed in a space on the lower surface of an upper portion from the stern of the ship. The wire is wound on the storage drum. The hook is engaged with an end of the wire. The wire is penetrated and moved and the hook is caught. A catching guide is fixed to the bottom surface of an upper deck.
