PROCESS FOR PRODUCING ANTIFOGGING FILM FOR AGRICULTURAL USE CONTAINING PYROLYSIS CATALYSTS

A method for manufacturing an agricultural anti-dropping film is provided to obtain an agricultural film having excellent anti-dropping property and showing excellent emulsifying property in the absence of an emulsification catalyst during a pyrolysis and emulsification process. The method for manufacturing an agricultural anti-dropping film comprises the steps of: providing LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE, PP or EVA resin in a molten state; finely dividing a regenerated waste FCC(fluid catalytic cracking) catalyst, FCC catalyst or synthetic zeolite catalyst into a particle size less than 10 microns to provide an anti-dropping agent; mixing and melting the resin with 0.05-10 wt% of the anti-dropping agent; and forming the resultant mixture into an extruded sheet having a predetermined thickness.
