A branch office connection method and a system thereof, a recording medium and an information storing medium therefor are provided to check position information of a client while a client terminal accesses a banking server and processes a certain finance task, and connecting a communication channel between a branch office, shortest from the checked position of the client, and the client such that they can activate an Internet or a mobile banking service and offer a client royalty differentiated from other company. A branch office connection method comprises the following several steps. A server stores client information and client position information, which are connected to each other, at a storage medium(400). The server stores each branch office position information and communication device connecting information of each branch office at the storage medium(405). If a client accesses the server via a certain terminal(410), the client passes a log-in procedure, or repeats the log-n procedure if necessary(415-420). If the log-in procedure is finished(425), and the server receives a query request on a specific task or product from the client terminal(430), the server determines whether the query request is a branch office connection related query(435). In case of the branch office connection related query(445), the server checks the client position information(450). Then, the server checks information on a branch shortest from the checked client position(455), and extracts communication device connecting information of the branch from the storage medium(460). The server offers the extracted communication device connecting information to a wired or wireless web page connected to the client terminal(465). If the client tries to be connected to the branch office shortest from the client position, the server connects a communication channel between the client terminal and the branch office(470).
