A support attaching apparatus for fixing a pipe of a ballast line of a ship is provided to promptly and safely attach a support by using a dedicated attachment unit capable of determining the position of the support. A support attaching apparatus for fixing a pipe of a ballast line of a ship includes a horizontal frame(10), a vertical frame(20), a connection frame(30), a support table(60), a setting table(50), and a support member(40). The setting table is disposed on the inner side of the vertical frame to support the support and is connected to a slide pipe of the vertical frame. The support member is installed on the upper surface of the vertical frame so that a constitution for setting the support can movably installed in the ballast block.
