The method involves selecting the food and growth conditions of animals e.g. pigs, based on certain buyer. Meat of a part of animal carcass to be bought such as leg, trunk part, rib part, neck, abdomen or shoulder, is chosen according to a standard. Amino acids are added to the food of animals for stimulating the growth of special parts of the animals. Fat-muscle relationship of the animals is developed based on the sex of the animals. |
