An iron concrete column reinforcing structure of a building underground parking lot comprises plural vertical iron bars(51) erected on the bottom of the parking lot; horizontal iron bars(52) curved like plural rings and vertically arranged at regular intervals on the vertical iron bar; a mold installed at the outer side of the vertical iron bar and the horizontal iron bar; plural horizontal reinforcing rings(1,1') arranged at the vertical iron bars and formed with plural horizontal screw holes(11) vertically on the outer peripheral surface and vertical screw holes(12) protruded outward; plural horizontal reinforcements(2,2') screw-combined with the outer horizontal screw hole of the horizontal reinforcing rings and formed with a screw unit(21) on one end and a screw hole(22) on the other end; and plural vertical reinforcements(3) screw-combined with the outer vertical screw hole of the horizontal reinforcing rings and formed with a screw unit on both ends.
