A press apparatus simultaneously operated by hydraulic pressure and pneumatic pressure is provided to minimize wrong operation, to improve working efficiency and to increase productivity by preventing overload and decreasing oil consumption with using pneumatic pressure and hydraulic pressure at the same time. A press apparatus includes main air supply pipes(11,12,13) connected to an air compressor(A), a press(B) assembling an upper die(20) and a lower die(21), a hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder(C), air distributors(D,E), an oil tank(F) and a control unit(G). The hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder is fastened in a lower part of a support plate(24) of the lower die, and combined with the lower air distributor by assembling air inlets(31,32) with air supply hoses(53,54). The upper air distributor and the lower air distributor are combined with air supply hoses(55,56), and connected to the main air supply pipe. Hoses(73,74) combined with the upper and lower air distributors are connected by a distribution pipe(79), and a connecting pipe(90) of an air adjusting unit(80) is combined with a hose(75). A T-shaped connector(35) is installed in the middle of the hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder, and connected to a lower part of the oil tank by a hydraulic hose(85).
