MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR A BLOCK STRUCTURE OF SHIP

A method for manufacturing a block structure of a ship is provided to determine inferiority of the finished block structure by installing a plurality of reinforcing members in a base plate. A method for manufacturing a block structure(10) of a ship includes the steps of: disposing a jig in a base plate(11); measuring vertical heights of four check points of the base plate; calculating the lengthwise inclination angle of the ship and the widthwise inclination angle of the ship; calculating the reference vertical heights of the four check points; determining inferiority of the base plate; correcting the base plate; finishing the block structure by installing reinforcing members(12a-12f) in the base plate; calculating the reference vertical heights of all check points; and determining inferiority of the finished block structure.
