A low noise apparatus of a breaker for an excavator is provided to absorb and decrease noise in striking or crushing by entirely surrounding a noise generating part of the breaker and embedding a striking noise absorbing body in a piston and a rod, and to improve working efficiency by simply fixing or separating a cylinder. A low noise apparatus of a breaker for an excavator includes a sealing unit(8) having a box type frame(10) surrounding front, rear, side and lower parts of a cylinder(1), a cover plate(11) surrounding the cylinder by covering the opening side of the box type frame and an upper plate(12) covering the upper part of the box type frame, and a noise damping unit(9) arranged between the sealing unit and the cylinder to reduce noise. The cover plate and the box type frame are combined by bolts, and the cylinder is fastened by decreasing the gap of the box type frame and pressurizing the noise damping unit. The noise damping unit is made of a synthetic resin plate with lead, overlapped and arranged around the cylinder.
