FIELD: medicine, surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should fulfill selective proximal vagotomy followed by demuscularization of esophagus and cardial gastric department. Moreover, it is necessary to make transverse circular incisions up to submucous layer. One incision should be made being 1.5 cm more proximal against the narrowing, another incision should be fulfilled being 1.5 cm distally against cardioesophageal transition. One should circularly remove muscular-serous covering without lancing esophageal lumen. Upon muscular esophageal membrane and gastric seroso-muscular membrane one should apply interrupted sutures-holders. At tightening these sutures-holders it is necessary to deepen submucoso-mucous sheath by developing a valve.
