FIELD: railway transport; permanent way. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rigid-base permanent way and it is used as under-rail gasket placed between foot of rail and under-rail base. Proposed elastic gasket, particularly, under-rail gasket being combination of several materials, has two opposite external contact sides. Gasket is made at least of two types of plastic materials with different hardness and elasticity characteristics. Rigid base of gasket is made of hard plastic material. At least one of external contact sides of gasket is formed by at least one type of elastic plastic material. Base is made in form of plate. Thickness of base at least 0.20% of total thickness of gasket. Opposite external sides of gasket are of equal thickness. At least part of one of base surfaces is provided with cavities. Base is provided with through holes. At least part of one of base surfaces is provided with bosses including those forming relief of corresponding external side of gasket. ^ EFFECT: provisions of non-expensive gaskets adaptable to manufacture and reliable in operation. ^ 7 cl, 4 dwg |
