<p>A device for controlling the winding rate of a rotary roller for a mesh is provided to increase and decrease the winding rate of a rotary roll quickly, quietly and conveniently and to extend the service life of a device without increasing mechanical friction between components by controlling the elasticity of a distortion spring using a worm gear and controlling the winding rate of a rotary roller. A device for controlling the winding rate of a rotary roller for a mesh contains a casing(1), a rotary roll(2) installed to the outside of a shaft seal installed in the casing to wind up or unwind a mesh(A) in the casing, a shaft seal(3) and a distortion spring installed to rotate the rotary roll elastically, a bearing(4) coupled with one end of the shaft seal and provided with a coupling hole(42) having a pair of key grooves(41), a worm wheel(5) provided with distortion gear teeth(51) to abut on a stopping plate(8) rotatively, a worm(6) formed in the longitudinal middle of the operating bar and provided with spiral gear teeth(61) to engage with the distortion gear teeth of the worm wheel, an operating bar(7) exposed to the front of the casing via a through-hole(11) and operated together with the worm wheel and the worm to rotate the shaft seal coupled with the bearing and to control the elasticity of the distortion spring, and a stopping plate(8) provided with a fitting groove(81) to set to a fitting disk(52) of the worm wheel to rotate the bearing and the shaft seal together with the worm wheel freely and many coupling screws(83) to fix on one end of the casing via holes(82).</p> |
