A polarized neutron guide tube is provided to effectively obtain the polarized neutrons by separating the polarized neutrons into spin-up and spin-down polarized neutrons. A polarized neutron guide tube includes a body portion(12), first and second spaces(50,60), and a neutron separation space(10). The body portion includes a vacuum space, where neutrons are transferred, therein and super mirrors, which face the vacuum space. A neutron reflection film is coated on the super mirrors. The first and second spaces are installed in the body portion and formed by dividing the vacuum space using a first planar portion. The neutron separation space includes a second planar portion and a third planar portion. The second planar portion is slantly installed from the inner surface of the body portion to a front edge of the first planar portion at an inlet hole of the first space. The third planar portion is slantly installed from the other inner surface of the body portion to the front edge of the first planar portion at an inlet hole of the second space. Spin-up and spin-down polarized neutrons are transferred to the first and second spaces, respectively.
