A method for manufacturing chemical absorbing filter for air purification is provided to improve work efficiency by preventing droop or thermal deformation of a filter by accumulating an auxiliary framework base having high strength, and prevent lowering of filter absorptive power by using a thin reticular polyurethane foam. A water-soluble adhesive is infiltrated into a reticular polyurethane foam having consecutive pores and a thickness of 3-10 mm to prepare a main framework base. An adhesive is applied to a hot melting type of reticular foam or a multi-layered type of reticular foam to prepare an auxiliary framework base. The auxiliary framework base is accumulated on one side of an upper side and a lower side of the main framework base.
