PURPOSE: Blue spun-dyed differential shrinkage polyester mixed yarn for suede-like fabrics is characterized by mixing blue spun-dyed sea-island type yarn with high shrinkage polyester yarn, minimizing deterioration of light fastness, increasing the light fastness, reducing the amount of blue disperse dyes used and increasing the depth of color. CONSTITUTION: Blue spun-dyed differential shrinkage polyester mixed yarn for suede-like fabrics comprises: (1) 30-90wt.% of blue spun-dyed sea-island type polyester yarn containing 0.05-20wt.% of blue colorant and having 0.001-0.5denier of single yarn fineness of an island ingredient; and (2) 10-70wt.% of high shrinkage polyester yarn having 1-5denier of single yarn fineness and 12-50% of non-water shrinkage. The suede-like gray fabrics has 0-30 of color value(b). |
