FIELD: medicine, pharmaceuticals, in particular compositions for treatment of insulin-independent II type diabetus mellitus. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed composition represents single solid dosed pharmaceutical for oral administration and contains effective dose of metformin and glibenclamide, wherein said glibenclamide contains powdery particles with specific surface of 1.7-2.2 m2/g.
