A fuse device is provided to reduce current consumption inside a chip by reducing an amount of current consumed at non-used fuse devices by using a separate output control signal. A fuse device includes a fuse portion(100) and an output selector(200). The fuse portion includes a fuse and is controlled by a fuse control signal to selective one of a source voltage level and a ground voltage level. The output selector is controlled by an output signal from the fuse portion and selectively outputs an address signal. When the fuse is not cut, the output selector is controlled by an output control signal and outputs a constant output signal irrespective of the address signal. The fuse portion includes a driving portion(110) and a latch portion(120). The driving portion is controlled by the fuse control signal and selectively output an output from the fuse or the ground voltage level. The latch portion latches the output from the driving portion at a constant level.
