A lift plug is provided to reduce the number of working processes by promptly coping with frequent exchanges of a moved object. A lift plug includes a body(11), a rotational shaft, and a movable body(20). A rotational shaft is inserted into and connected to a penetration hole of the body. When a rotational body formed on one side of the rotational shaft is moved upward and downward, the movable body is moved upward and downward. A screw of the movable body is easily engaged and separated with and from a hole formed in the moved object by contracting the screw by the width of a groove.
