FIELD: wind power engineering; reusable power sources. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed wind power-generating plant contains rigid sail members rotating around their axle and installed on platform in form of two-, three-, four-, five- and more arms star with axle of rotation in center of symmetry. It is furnished with device providing constant ratios of speeds of rotation of platform and sail members, and seal members are installed on end of star, arms, and their position is adjusted to suit direction of wind. ^ EFFECT: enlarged sphere of application, possibility of use as propulsive devices of sea and river vessels and aircraft. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
