FIELD: electrical equipment; gas-filled high-voltage air circuit breakers. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed sealing device of gas-filled switching apparatus has case accommodating shaft and fixed bushing enclosing the shaft, as well as radial duct with plug and packing components made of flexible material. Cavity formed between shaft and bushing is filled with sealing material. Device has also additional cavity filled with sealing material which is formed between joined annular drillings of case and bushing; both cavities are intercommunicating by means of at least one radial through duct provided in bushing. Installed between case and bushing are additional sealing components of which at least one communicates with additional cavity through annular clearance. ^ EFFECT: enhance reliability and manufacturability. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg
