FIELD: medicine, stomatology, oral surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should cut and mobilize vestibular and palatine mucoso-periosteal fragments, dissect pathological tissues between osseous fragments, take an osseous autotransplant and apply it between the edges of fissure. Then it is necessary to apply a tissue out of titanium nickelide prepared out of ligature of about 50-60 mcm diameter at cell size being below 1000 mcm under mucous membrane of nasal cavity bottom and from anterior-external and posterior-superior sides of the transplant.
