A weight for increasing golf swing power is provided to be composed of plural weights, to be capable of reducing the weights according to the taste and exercising amount of the user and to be conveniently selected and used by a user. The weight for increasing golf swing power comprises upper and lower fixing members(10) made of an elastic material and plural weights(20) made of synthetic resin. The upper and lower fixing members(10) comprise a shaft support plate(13), plural fixing member assembling protrusions(14) and plural fixing member assembling holes(15). The shaft support plate(13) is divided into plural parts. In the center of the weight(20), a golf club shaft penetrating hole(21) is punched. The weight(20) comprises plural metal rods(22), plural protruding rods(23) and plural hollow assembling holes(24).
