A bollard with a lighting apparatus for a crosswalk in a building is provided to prevent traffic accidents by safely and promptly going across the street with lighting an approach display lamp. An approach display lamp(440) and an approach prohibition display lamp(430) are installed alternately in a pedestrian action display unit of a bollard for a crosswalk. The pedestrian action display unit has a main case(410) formed of a hexahedron and rounded at both ends, a lamp(420) mounted in an installation groove(412) recessed from an upper part of the main case, and a cover(434) covering an upper part of the installation groove with a sealing packing(416). The cover is composed of a first cover having a transparent window(432) displaying the approach prohibition display lamp, and a second cover(444) having a direction display window(442) displaying the approach display lamp. A controller(500) turns on the approach display lamp at a green light, and a pedestrian crosses the street by checking the arrow of the approach display lamp.
