FIELD: mechanical engineering; multistage centrifugal pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed pump contains electric motor, impeller unit, end face seals, sliding supports, axial pivot and radial force balancer. Device is made in form of hydrostatic ring. Hydrostatic ring is turnable and is installed from side of first stage of impeller unit in zone of sliding support on pump shaft bushing. Space and bore are made in hydrostatic ring interconnected by channel, bore being hydraulically coupled through adjustable restrictor with pressure duct of pump. Space is made to arc. ^ EFFECT: reduced vibrations of pump by stabilizing position of rotor of electric motor owing to creating balancing hydrostatic radial force of opposite end of shaft. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
