FIELD: transportation of liquid cargoes in bulk including transportation by tankers. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method of transportation of liquid cargoes in bulk includes their transportation from point of production, storage or processing on land, transshipment of cargoes to storage reservoirs of temporary storage, loading of cargoes on board tanker and motion of tanker to point of delivery. Tanker has hull with double bottom and double sides, each consisting of inner and outer plating divided vertically by upper and lower inter-side platforms. Cargo tanks of tanker include bottom, vertical guard consisting of longitudinal and transverse bulkheads and top with access hatch. At least one transverse bulkhead is made in form of corrugated structure provided with foundation supported over contour and provided with vertical corrugations having webs and walls forming at least two sections at differentiated rigidity and moment of inertia. Webs of corrugations are oriented in parallel relative to CL of bulkhead; walls of corrugations are inclined at different angles. Bulkhead foundation is made in form of extended member of trapezoidal section with its webs upwards; it is provided with stiffeners supported by lower structural member of tanker. ^ EFFECT: enhanced economical efficiency of transportation. ^ 23 cl, 9 dwg |
