FIELD: shipbuilding; construction of tank vessels. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed tank has bottom, vertical guard consisting of longitudinal and transverse bulkheads and tank top with access hatch. Width of tank extends from side to CL; bottom of tank and longitudinal bulkhead directed to side of ship are structurally and functionally combined with double bottom and double side, respectively. Longitudinal bulkhead is flat in construction and is provided with vertical pillars on section extending from double bottom as far as upper inter-side platform located in upper third of tank height and with longitudinal stiffeners on section extending from upper inter-side platform as far as upper deck of ship; framing is located inside inter-side space. Other longitudinal bulkhead of tank is corrugated; corrugations are located horizontally; it is provided with one pillar mounted on deep frame in tank; center plane of this longitudinal bulkhead is parallel to CL of ship or coincides with it practically; structurally it is combined with vertical guard of adjacent tank. ^ EFFECT: reduced usage of materials. ^ 20 cl, 8 dwg |
