FIELD: medicine, hepatology, immunology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention proposes using an opioid peptide DSLET of the formula: Tyr-D-Ser-Gly-Phe-Leu-Thr used for stimulation of reparative regeneration of liver and correction of immune reactivity under conditions of toxic hepatopathy. Opioid peptide DSLET is administrated by parenteral route (intaperitoneally) in the dose 50 mcg/kg of body mass in 0.1 ml of physiologically solution in course for 10 doses with break for 24 h between injections to experimental animal (rat) with toxic hepatopathy. The advantage of invention involves the possibility for using this peptide in toxic hepatopathy.
