<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information delivery server for retrieving topic information matched to a retrieval keyword requested by a user and collectively delivering the retrieved topic information and review information related to the topic information to the user. <P>SOLUTION: A topic information collection means 110 of an information providing server 10 collects news articles 210 from a news site 20, and a review information collection means 120 collects blog contents 310 from a blog operation server 30. A topic information retrieval means 150 retrieves a news article 210 matched to a retrieval keyword 151 acquired from a user PC 50 from the collected news articles 210.
