<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeve opening cover capable of preventing dirt of both the inside and outside of a sleeve opening. <P>SOLUTION: This sleeve opening cover is detachably attached to the sleeve opening of a garment. The cover is made of a flexible material in an almost cylindrical form.
