<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting method of a surface-mount oscillator equipped with a large-capacity chip capacitor and maintaining miniaturization and to provide a mounting method of a surface-mount oscillator capable of changing a time constant after assembling by promoting the miniaturization of a temperature compensated oscillator having a lowpass filter in a temperature compensation mechanism in particular. <P>SOLUTION: In the mounting method of a crystal oscillator for mounting a crystal oscillator on a set board by providing a surface-mount crystal oscillator including an IC chip and a crystal blank in a container body having a mounting terminal arranged on a bottom surface, which are hermetically sealed, and electrically and mechanically connecting the mounting terminal to a circuit terminal of the set board on which electronic components are mounted, a chip capacitor electrically connected to the IC chip is mounted on the outer bottom surface of the container body, a capacitor is buried in an opening provided in the set board, and the crystal oscillator is mounted on the set board. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
