PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an artificially constructed tissue and organ applicable in a regenerative medical field, especially a method for forming a cell cluster to form a large amount of cell cluster indispensable for the artificial production of pancreatic islet (having insulin secreting function) for applying to cell transplantation in regenerative medicine and enabling the culture for a long period.

SOLUTION: The method for forming a cell cluster to form an artificial pancreatic islet for diabetes treatment is carried out by the cell culture using a clinostat-mounting circulation system comprising a three-dimensional culture device using an n-axis rotation clinostat.
