<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis system capable of effectively acquiring data in a tandem mass spectrometer. <P>SOLUTION: The mass spectrometer 102 includes a controller 104 for instructing the operation of the system 100, which acquires the precursor ion spectrum of a sample flow 116, analyzes the precursor ion spectrum in real time, then determines whether the 1st evaluation criterion has been satisfied. If the 1st evaluation criterion is satisfied, the product ion spectrum of the sample flow 116 is acquired. The product ion spectrum of the sample is also analyzed in real time and determined as to whether a 2nd evaluation criterion is satisfied.
