PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation switch for a vehicular power seat allowing longitudinal slide of a seat, reclining of a backrest and height adjustment of the front and rear parts of the seat to be carried out with high operability. SOLUTION: A grip part 1 of this switch is mounted to a switch body installed in a side part of a seat. A sliding switch for sliding the seat forward and backward while the grip part is moved forward and backward, a sliding switch for rear tilt for vertically moving the rear part of the seat while the grip part is vertically moved, and a sliding switch for reclining for reclining the backrest of the seat forward and backward while the grip part is rotated forward and backward, are incorporated in the switch body. A front part tilting switch for vertically moving the front part of the seat while a knob 31 is operated in the vertical direction, is incorporated in the front part of the grip part.
