PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonvolatile memory control device capable of efficiently storing small data with strict time restriction to a nonvolatile memory. SOLUTION: A main memory block 5f of the nonvolatile memory 5e is partitioned to a plurality of sub-memory blocks 5m, and a buffer memory 4d provided in a RAM has a 1:1 address correspondence with the sub-memory blocks 5m. After writing object data is written into the buffer memory 4d while setting its size equal to or smaller than that of the buffer memory 4d, the content of the buffer memory 4d is copied in the form of selecting unused sub-memory blocks 5m including blank areas not occupied by the writing object data (or the writing object data is written in the main memory block 5f in write-once manner).
