PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide protection of personal information stored in a terminal such as a cellular phone, and to provide imagination of existence of the personal information to a user even after processing of the personal information. SOLUTION: The movable body terminal device 13 is provided with a personal information storing part storing the personal information, a protection command receiving part receiving a protection command being a command for protecting the personal information, and an updating part overwriting a predetermined character string and updating the personal information with respect to the personal information of the personal information storing part in correspondence to reception of the protection command. By this, the personal information stored in the terminal such as a cellular phone can be protected, and the user can imagine existence of the personal information even after processing of the personal information.
