PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regenerative heat recovery device capable of effectively recovering heat even when heat recovery cannot be carried out at real time. SOLUTION: The regenerative heat recovery device comprises an indoor heat exchanger 10, a showcase heat exchanger 20 and a regenerative heat exchanger 40 exchanging heat by thermal energy of a refrigerant from an outdoor side heat exchanger 30, and a refrigerant circuit 90 connecting these heat exchangers. The refrigerant circuit 90 switches a part of a connection state to realize either one of heat recovery operation of using thermal energy of the refrigerant heat-exchanged in the indoor heat exchanger 10, for heat exchange in the showcase heat exchanger 20, and regenerative operation of exchanging heat between the refrigerant from the indoor heat exchanger 10 or the showcase heat exchanger 20 and water in a heat storage tank 42 by the regenerative heat exchanger 40 to store thermal energy in water or use the thermal energy.
