PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching device ensuring continuity of a connection place of a straight blade with a curved blade, and accurately punching a resin plate. SOLUTION: The punching device is equipped with: straight blade holders 121 to 128 fixing straight-like blades; and curved blade holders 131 to 138 fixing curved-like blades. The curved blade holder has a fitting part (a tenon and a mortise) 16 fitting the straight blade holder. Since a relative position between the straight blade holder, and the curved blade holder is accurately positioned by the fitting part 16, the continuity of the connection place of the straight blade with the curved blade is ensured.
