PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package type automatic fire extinguishing system set in a building such as an apartment house etc. so that a safe evacuation course can be secured. SOLUTION: This package type automatic fire extinguishing system is equipped with a fire extinguishing head connected to fire extinguishing piping and a fire extinguishing agent unit connected to a base end side of the piping to supply a fire extinguishing agent, and is set in a building with a living room. The fire extinguishing head is placed in a stairs room as an evacuation course neighboring the living room. A fire sensor is set in the living room so that the fire extinguishing agent is discharged through the fire extinguishing head based on a fire signal from the fire sensor.
