PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microclimate design building that cuts resource, energy and electric power consumption to improve heat storage effects by effectively using solar heat. SOLUTION: The invention concerns a microclimate design building characterized in that its floor system is provided with a heat storable unfloored space, a division to divide the heat storable unfloored space into indoor and outdoor sides of the building, a lighting part provided in the division, and a shield provided outside the division to open and close the lighting part. It is also characterized in that the heat storable unfloored space has a concrete floor and is directed to due south±30°from the building and that the shield is an automatic or manual blind shutter.
