PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior trim backing structure for air conditioning which is formed of a backing material with air conditioning function and a backing material for thickness adjustment, in which an interior trim finishing material is stuck with a hot-melt adhesive agent molten by induction heating, and which allows the interior trim finishing material to be stuck without damaging the backing material for air conditioning. SOLUTION: This interior trim backing structure for air conditioning comprises two types of materials, i.e., a backing material with air conditioning function such as a hot water mat 1 and a backing material 2 for thickness adjustment therearound. The hot water mat 1 is formed by disposing a metal sheet 14 for thermal diffusion and a metal heated member 3 in this order on the front side of a foam resin molded body 11 as a resin base material. The backing material 2 for thickness adjustment is formed by disposing the metal heated member 3 on the front side of a non-metal base material 21. Then, a band-like metallic sheet 24 for shielding for suppressing the occurrence of an induction current at the edge part of the metal sheet 14 for thermal diffusion is disposed in a boundary portion between the hot water mat 1 and the backing material 2 for thickness adjustment.
