PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxetane ring-containing compound having good adhesiveness, chemical resistance, resistance to moisture permeation, light fastness and impact resistance, and being polymerizable by short-time photoirradiation, and excellent in storage stability, and to provide an active energy beam curable composition excellent in storage stability. SOLUTION: The storage stability of an oxetane ring-containing compound is improved by adding an antioxidant, without reducing its functions such as ring opening polymerization capability, etc, and the storage stability of an active energy beam curable composition containing an oxetane ring-containing compound can be improved by adding an antioxidant.
